1. Overview

At Medpupil Health Services, we strive to deliver excellent online healthcare services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund for our online doctor consultations and health programmes. All payments are securely processed through Razorpay.

2. Refund Eligibility for Consultations

Refunds for online doctor consultations may be granted in the following cases:

  • Doctor Unavailability: If the assigned doctor is unable to attend the consultation and no alternative doctor is available, a full refund will be issued.
  • Technical Failure: If a technical issue on our end prevents the consultation from taking place, a full refund will be processed.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same consultation, the duplicate amount will be refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • The consultation has been completed and medical advice has been provided.
  • You failed to join the consultation at the scheduled time without prior cancellation (see our Cancellation Policy).
  • Dissatisfaction with the medical opinion provided by the doctor, as medical advice is professional judgement and outcomes may vary.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by you that affected the consultation.

4. Refund for Health Programmes

For health and wellness programmes (e.g., Diabetes Reversal Programme, Migraine-Free Programme):

  • Before Programme Start: A full refund is available if the cancellation request is made at least 48 hours before the programme start date.
  • Within First 7 Days: A partial refund (50%) may be issued if you wish to discontinue within the first 7 days of the programme, provided less than 2 sessions have been completed.
  • After 7 Days: No refund will be provided once 7 days have elapsed from the programme start date or after 2 or more sessions have been attended.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to mrcpmanjunath@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
  2. Include your full name, registered phone number, transaction/payment ID, and the reason for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed through Razorpay to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Razorpay transaction fees, if any, are non-refundable.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by writing to us at mrcpmanjunath@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Dispute.” We will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably within 15 business days.
