Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Medpupil Health Services, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your scheduled online doctor consultations or health programme enrolments, and the applicable terms for each scenario.

2. Cancellation of Online Consultations

a. Free Cancellation

• You may cancel a scheduled consultation free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the appointment time.
• A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method via Razorpay.

b. Late Cancellation

• Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled consultation will be treated as a no-show.
• No refund will be provided for late cancellations.

c. No-Show

• If you fail to join the consultation at the scheduled time without prior cancellation, the consultation fee will not be refunded.
• The doctor will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes past the scheduled start time before marking the appointment as a no-show.

3. Cancellation of Health Programmes

For health and wellness programmes (e.g., Diabetes Reversal Programme, Migraine-Free Programme), the following cancellation terms apply:

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a consultation or programme session due to:

• Doctor unavailability due to emergencies
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Force majeure events

In such cases, we will offer you either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to minimize inconvenience.

5. How to Cancel

To cancel a consultation or programme enrolment:

1. Send an email to mrcpmanjunath@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request”.
2. Include your full name, phone number, appointment/programme details, and the reason for cancellation.
3. Alternatively, call us at 8951288963 during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–7 PM).

Cancellation requests will be confirmed via email or phone within 24 hours.

6. Rescheduling

Instead of cancelling, you may choose to reschedule your consultation at no extra charge, subject to doctor availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. You may reschedule a maximum of 2 times per booking.
