    Intellectual wellness is all about recognizing our creative abilities and applying that in situations
    where there will be scope for expanding our knowledge and self-skills. We can seek intellectual
    wellness through our personal and professional development, our cultural and community
    involvement, and by developing our personal hobbies.

    Brahma the Creator or the representation of creations is an illustration for intellectual wellness
    since the creative thinking to explore various ideas and issues are the essence of intellectual
    wellness.

    Intellectual wellness encourages relying more on rational thinking than the emotional influence
    to analyze and sort issues; inspires to consistently explore intellectual growth possibilities by
    creatively observing the life around.

    Practicing intellectual wellness has multiple benefits like an improved self-tolerance level,
    listening and respecting others sentiments and their values by which a sense of dignity and
    belonging is derived in us. Our memory power gets enhanced, our expressions and speeches
    will be refined, our communications will be precise, and all these will add a sense of purpose
    and self-confidence in us.

    The active methods of seeking intellectual wellness are
    Consistently reading and learning
    Learning and practicing new skills

    study the creeper and how it is managing to climb the tree trunk to survive. The difference is in

    Emotional Wellness

    Emotional wellness is the ability to control and manage our subjective strong emotional feelings such as love, anger, sorrow, fear, joy, hate, etc which are caused by our thought process under the external stimuli of peer influencing and circumstantial situations.

    The floodgates of the dam must be opened in time to save the dam from bursting and flooding. Similarly, the surging emotional feelings must be controlled in time to save the person from bursting out and ruining relationships.

    Recognizing, realizing and accepting our emotional feelings and learning to balance the resultant outcome is emotional wellness practicing. Life often throws challenges in all walks of life, to face and overcome these obstacles to sustain in life is an art that is part of emotional wellness programmers.

    An emotionally charged person will lack the self control to restrain themselves from escalating the situations by forcibly expressing their feelings. The resultant guilt will linger for a long time and can impact the self-confidence level too.

    An emotionally healthy state is attained when we build the self-control to suppress the surging subjective emotional feelings experiences to equate with the objective emotional experiences as per the standards.

    An iron rod requires to be heated to form shapes; we require self-control exercises to shape our thoughts and actions to best suit the healthy living conditions in our society.

    Occupational Wellness

    Occupational Wellness is all about how well we achieve a balance between work and leisure time, addressing workplace stress and building relationships with co-workers. Occupational wellness encourages us to focus on our search for the right career and inspires us to explore various career options and find our right fit.

    Our ability to derive satisfaction from the job, get enriched as we progress in our career, and find a sense of fulfillment in our job performance are the core values of occupational wellness.

    The self-check parameters of occupational wellness by asking self-analyzing the following

    Am I optimizing my skills and talents to perform positively?
    Am I enjoying my job and workspace?
    Am I finding the purpose in my job, am I focused?
    Am I up-skilling and progressing?
    Am I organized to handle the work space stress?
    Am I able to balance work and leisure times?
    Am I good at upkeeping the relationships?

    Socrates’ (socrota) life time search was “to know him”, he in the process of finding an answer to this self-question finally had found that “humans were always in the constant search for happiness”.

    Social Wellness

    Social wellness guides us to maintain a healthy relationship with our nears, dears and
    connections by interacting in a healthy manner, being supportive and genuine in our
    approach with others. Social wellness involves us to build and nurture healthy relations,
    make sincere efforts to expand our human connectivity and genuinely care for the
    welfare of others in our contact circle.

    Chanakya was known as a bright, smart and shrewd scholar who believed and lived to
    establish the equality among all humans irrespective of their status. He genuinely cared
    for others’ welfare and strived to maintain a healthy relationship with all his contacts.

    By nature, we do not prefer to remain in a solitary state for long hours rather we seek to
